SRS Real Estate Partners adds two in Houston office

HOUSTON – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS), the largest national real estate company in the country exclusively dedicated to retail services, has hired two new brokers in its Houston office. Jennifer Paulson and Carter Malone recently joined the company as associates. The new hires come on the heels of a strategic move to grow the company’s local presence in Houston.

As associates, both Paulson and Malone will be responsible for prospecting for new business clients, targeting the best uses for retail properties, and site selection for new retail stores and restaurants. In addition, they will provide unparalleled local market knowledge to tenants and landlords in the Houston area.

With more than 27 years of industry experience, Paulson has held positions with several developers and REITs, including Lincoln Property Company, Westfield, Hines Interests, Mills Corporation and Weingarten Realty Investors. Additionally, her retail leasing experience includes metro markets such as Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, Atlanta and Denver.

Prior to joining SRS, Malone was a senior associate with Lestin Partners, LLC in Houston and worked with numerous high-profile tenants, including Cardinal Southwest (Popeyes), Memorial Herman Hospital System, Bullritos and Kidventure Camps.
