Dawkins returns to helm the company’s lease administration service line
DALLAS, August 24, 2010 – Steve Dawkins rejoins SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS), the largest national real estate company in the country exclusively dedicated to retail services, as executive vice president. Dawkins now heads up the company’s highly successful lease administration sector, which includes the management of clients’ real estate portfolios. He also focuses on company-wide business development and serves on the SRS executive leadership team. Dawkins returns to SRS after serving at the company’s executive level from 2002 to 2008.

Dawkins is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and holds a bachelor’s degree in management science. He also has a master’s degree in business administration and corporate finance from the University of Dayton.
