A footwear retailer is joining the tenant lineup at a Prattville shopping center.
SRS Real Estate Partners’ Birmingham office worked both sides of the deal in which Shoe Station will lease space at Prattville Town Center.
Located just off Cobbs Road at 2724 Legends Parkway in Prattville, Shoe Station will occupy 15,500 square feet between Office Depot and PetSmart, joining other national brands such as Target, TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, The Home Depot and more.
