DALLAS-An investment group based in California has acquired a recently opened Spec’s Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods property in Dallas. The 45,000-square-foot building is situated at the southeast corner of North Central Expressway and Walnut Hill Lane.
Embarcadero Advisors’ Michael Day led the investment group. SRS Real Estate Partners’ Brad Gibbs and Rick Ikeler represented the buyer, while Glenn Lake Partners LP, the seller, was represented by Tony Ruggeri and Frank Mihalopoulos.
