Retail Lease – Austin
SRS Real Estate Partners announced Batteries Plus has leased a 1,680 SF space, their first in Southwest Austin, at the Brodie Park Shopping Center, located at 9017 Brodie Lane in Austin. With the Brodie Park location, Batteries Plus has over 360 stores nationwide. Mike Minicucci of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant. Grant Barrett of Carr Development represented the developer, Carr Development.
