Performant Fitness has leased a 5,234-square-foot space at Legacy Center in Frisco, TX, which is located on the southeast corner of Lebanon Road and Legacy Drive, just north of the Stonebriar Country Club.
Frank N. Bullock, Lee Loftis and Jack Burgher with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, Regency Centers in the transaction. Emmy Stringer with Jackson Cooksey represented the tenant, Performant Fitness.
The shopping center is anchored by Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market and other co-tenants include Bank of America, Brooklyn’s Pizzeria, Subway and State Farm Insurance.
