Panda Express Opens New Store in Prestonwood

(Dallas, Texas) May 19, 2010 -SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce the opening of a new Panda Express restaurant at the NEQ of Belt Line Road and Montfort Drive in Dallas, Texas. The 32,000 sf parcel of land is located in Prestonwood Town Center.

The 450,000 sf Prestonwood Town Center serves a dense customer base, with a daytime population of over 175,000 within a three mile radius. Panda Express will join existing retailers Barnes & Noble, Petco, Office Depot, Michaels and Walmart. Other restaurants include Corner Bakery Cafe, Sonic, Sweet Tomatoes and Houlihan’s.
