Integrity Adjusters paid $435,000 for a 5,000-square-foot building on Pollard Road in Daphne, according to Nathan Cox of Bellator Real Estate & Development, who represented the buyers. The two-story building was sold by Engineering Development Services, which relocated to a new office on Ala. 181 adjacent to Bellaton subdivision in Daphne. Jeff Barnes of Coldwell Banker Reehl Properties commercial division worked for the sellers.

Four new tenants will open in The Pelican Place on Ala. 59 in Gulf Shores this month, according to Chris Tilley of Langley Property. They include Mac & More Apple Specialist, with the latest Apple products and a full-service tech department; Island Oasis Smoothies; Little Monkey Toes, a local childrens clothing and shoe store; and Acai Berry Fashion, a womens sportswear and swimwear store.

Ladas Development in Mobile paid $2.2 million for 2 acres on U.S. 98 in Destin and plans to build Shoppes at Kelly Plantation, set to open at the end of the year, according to court records and Josh Burmeister of SRS Real Estate Partners, who represented the developer. The center is west of Destin Commons and will be anchored by a 4,500-square-foot Verizon Wireless store and a 3,500-square-foot The Vitamin Shoppe, said Burmeister, who handled the Verizon lease. The Shopping Center Group represented the vitamin store.

A local investor paid $242,000 for 40 acres of farm land on Baldwin County 24 near Joe Norris Lane in Foley, according to Joe Steen of Joe Steen Realty & Development, who represented the buyer. George Haughton of Realty South worked for the seller.

The Timeless Bride, formerly Victorian Lace Timeless Bridal Wear, has leased the first floor at 754 Government St., according to owner Naomi Maurer. Alterations and Creations by Connie Cotton has also located in the store space, she said.

Jim Maurer Art Studio has leased 1,200 square feet at 63 S. Bayou St., at Government Street, according to Maurer.

Port City Realty has relocated to 2,000 square feet of leased space in Andrews Plaza Shopping Center at 5364 U.S. 90 in Tillmans Corner, according to Jay D. Roberds of Roberds Commercial Realty Group, who represented the landlord.

Zurcare, a medical supply company, will open soon in 1,350 square feet in Mobile Festival Centre on Airport Boulevard, adjacent to Guitar Center, according to Peter Patnaude of SRS Real Estate Partners.

New Hope Christian Church has leased 2,100 square feet at 505 St. Louis St., downtown, and will use it for church services and a day care, according to John M. Delchamps of Merrill P. Thomas Co.

Its Sew Diana has opened in 1,500 square feet in Tanner Williams Business Park on Tanner Williams Road, according to Tina Davis of Harmony Realty in Semmes. Owner Diana Canady will offer sewing lessons.
