North Valley shopping center sold for $2.63M

A North Valley shopping center has been sold for $2.625 million.

The Shops at Arizona, a shopping center on the northeast corner of Anthem Way and Gavilan Peak in Anthem, was sold to Aberson Emerson Investments, LLC. SRS Real Estate Partners represented the buyer.

The 35,710-square-foot center was built in 2003, and is 60.4 percent occupied. Current tenants include Ace Hardware, Coldwell Banker, Pizza Hut, Wendy’s, Shanghai Club, and Princess Nails.

Abington Emerson Investments, LLC, a Los Angeles-based privately held real estate investment firm, also owns shopping centers in Phoenix, Mesa and an industrial property in Gilbert.
