(Austin, Texas) March 25, 2010 – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce the sale of a strategic parcel of land by 290 at 71, LLC, at the Y in Oak Hill to Prosperity Bank. The site known as the “Y at Oakhill” is located at the convergence of two major highways, US Highway 290 West and Highway 71 in Austin.
The one acre parcel of land will soon be home to a 3,500 sf Prosperity Bank branch building with drive-thru facilities. Construction is expected to begin immediately. In addition to having exceptional visibility, the property captures both incoming and outgoing customers in Austin and the surrounding areas such as Lakeway and Dripping Springs. With one remaining parcel of land, the “Y at Oak Hill” welcomes Prosperity Bank, who joins Starbucks as retail fixtures at this gateway to the Hill Country.
