(Dallas, Texas) June 4, 2010 -SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce the upcoming opening of a new Best Buy store in Prestonwood Town Center, located at the northeast corner of Beltline Road and Montfort Drive. The store is expected to open in August, 2010.
Best Buy will occupy the 30,770 sf space, which was formerly Circuit City, so that consumer electronics will again be part of the variety of the shopping center, which also includes existing retailers Barnes & Noble, PETCO, Office Depot, Michaels, Walmart and many more retail stores and restaurants. The 450,000 sf Prestonwood Town Center caters to the strong volume of daytime consumer traffic in the area.
