Denver’s local deli and Mediterranean restaurant Leven Deli Co. has snagged a new spot in the heart of downtown.

Leven, which opened its first location in 2018 in the Golden Triangle, has leased 6,600 square feet of space at Block 162, a new office building that opened in 2021.

Semple Brown Architects and Designers is working with Leven to create the new space, which will feature live trees, according to a news release. Block 162 still has two retail spaces available, totaling 3,500 square feet. Zach Bierman with HK Commercial and Andrew Clemens with SRS Real Estate Partners brokered Leven’s new lease.
