Toppers Pizza has leased 1,700 square feet of retail space on the southeast corner of W. Berry St. and Cockrell Ave., just east of S. University Drive in Fort Worth. Rick Ikeler and Brad Gibbs with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord is Potomac Street Investments LLC.
This is Toppers Pizza’s first Texas location and is located next to Kroger, Barnes & Noble and CVS/pharmacy.
