Great Smiles Dental has leased 2,917 square feet of medical retail space in Prestonwood Park on the northeast corner of West Park Blvd. and Midway Road in Plano. The tenant was represented by Mike Lambert with The Lambert Co. Tyler Isbell and Jack Burgher with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT, in the transaction.
