San Diego (June 12, 2012) –  CBRE announced that luxury women’s retailer kate spade new york will open its second San Diego store in August. The new location will be in the former Go Clothing space at 7931 Girard Ave. in La Jolla. The five-year lease is for 1,453 square feet.Jim Rinehart of CBRE represented kate spade new york.
