A new Japanese restaurant is coming to downtown Birmingham.
The restaurant, which is not yet been named, completes the commercial tenant lineup at The Frank, a mixed-use building with 180 luxury apartments that opened in March above the retail spaces. Other tenants there include Synovus, Trattoria Zara and The UPS Store.
Located at the intersection of Second Avenue North and 20th Street North, The Frank’s residential portion is 93% leased.
The restaurant will also include an exclusive private courtyard patio.
Lyndsy Yim and Michael Byrne with SRS Real Estate Partners’ Birmingham office represented the landlord, Orchestra Partners, and Abra Barnes with Barnes and Associates represented the tenant in the lease deal.
