(Phoenix, Arizona) April 23, 2010 – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce the new location of an IHOP Restaurant at 3495 E. Baseline Road in Gilbert, Arizona. The 5,220 sf property was formerly The Wild Hare, a locally-owned restaurant, and IHOP is expected to open this October. The freestanding building, owned by Chile Rojo Properties, is located at the high-traffic intersection of E. Baseline Road and Val Vista Drive, across the street from Dana Park, a specialty retail shopping center.
“We are excited about opening our 33rd IHOP restaurant, and believe this site will be the perfect complement to our other locations in Arizona,” said Chris Milisci, CEO of Romulus Restaurants, the franchise owner.
“This new location filled a hole for IHOP in the southeast valley, in an area with a nice combination of destination retail, strong traffic with freeway access, dense population and high incomes,” said Jeff Alba, vice president with SRS Real Estate Partners. “IHOP sales remain strong in Arizona, and they are continuing to expand in the Metro Phoenix market.”
