Scarsdale, NY – The Tile Shop has leased 21,191 s/f at 423 Central Park Ave. David Hochberg, a SVP in SRS Real Estate Partners’ N.Y. office, represented The Tile Shop and Monique Ward of Adirondack Retail Consultants represented the landlord.
