Hartman Income REIT has leased a 2,917-square-foot space to Great Smiles Dental at Prestonwood Park in Plano.
Tyler Isbell and Jack Burgher with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT in the transaction. Mike Lambert with The Lambert Company represented the tenant, Great Smiles Dental.
Prestonwood Park is located on the northeast corner of West Park Boulevard and Midway Road. This shopping center is between the retail corridor which surrounds The Shops at Willow Bend Mall and Prestonwood Baptist Church.
Co-tenants include Mama’s Daughters Diner, Cedars Woodfire Grill, ScreenFX Academy, Harbor Spa, Hair by Ali-Amore, Sally Beauty, and Gold Max. Area retailers include Home Depot, Costco, OfficeMax, Bed Bath & Beyond, Michael’s and Petsmart.
