Goodwill Industries has inked leases to expand and relocate two of its Central Texas stores that will total 44,000 square feet.
Goodwill plans to open the two locations early in the second quarter. They are located on the northeast corner of Metric Boulevard and Parmer Lane in North Austin and the northeast corner of U.S. Highway 80 and I-35 in San Marcos.
Robert O’Farrell, vice president of Staubach Retail in Austin who represented Goodwill in the deal, says the group is repositioning the two stores to keep up with population growth and changing shopping trends.
