The Deal Sheet – Chris Maguire is resuming his role as CEO of SRS Real Estate Partners, a position he held from 1993-2009. Maguire, founder and chairman of SRS Real Estate Partners, replaces Clay Smith, who is leaving the company effective April 2. As founder, Maguire has been associated with the firm for over 25 years. In addition to his renewed role as CEO, he will continue to chair SRS’ board of members and lead Cypress Equities, an affiliated firm he founded in 1995.
