The recently opened 45,000-square-foot Spec’s Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods building at the southeast corner of Walnut Hill Lane and North Central Expressway has been acquired by a California-based investment group.
Michael Day of Embarcadero Advisors led the investment group.
Rick Ikeler and Brad Gibbs of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the buyer in the deal. Frank Mihalopoulos and Tony Ruggeri were the managing partners with the seller, Glenn Lake Partners LP.
The retail property is near Toys “R” Us, Dave & Buster’s, Best Buy, Sports Authority, Tuesday Morning and Bed Bath and Beyond.
