Laveen Village Center Acquisitions LLC sold Baseline Village at the northwestern corner of 35th Avenue and Baseline Road in Phoenix to Verus Partners LLC for $2.7 million. Alfred Hackbarth, Ed Beeh and Robbie Petty of SRS Real Estate Partners, along with Amr Ceran of Voit Real Estate Services represented the seller. The buyer was self-represented in the purchase of this 99,648-square-foot neighborhood center built in 2010 that was 6.34 percent leased at the time of sale.
