The Dallas flagship store for Houston-based Spec’s Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods has a new landlord.
A California investment group led by Michael Day of Embarcadero Advisors has purchased the 45,000-square-foot Spec’s store located on the southeast corner of N. Central Expressway and Walnut Hill Lane.
Frank Mihalopoulos and Tony Ruggeri were the managing partners with the seller, Glenn Lake Partners LP. Terms weren’t disclosed. Spec’s opened the store last December after remodeling the space that for many years was a Toys R Us. Dave & Buster’s is building a new location behind it.
