(Austin, Texas) July 21, 2010 – SRS Real Estate Partners announces that four new store locations have been finalized for Baskins Western Wear in Lufkin, Texarkana, Corpus Christi, and Waco, Texas. The new stores will include 15,000 to over 20,000 square feet. The western apparel retailer, headquartered in Livingston, Texas, will have 20 locations with the opening of the new stores.

The Lufkin store, 22,568 sf, located in The Lufkin Mall, at 4600 South Medford Drive, opened May 28.
The Texarkana store will be located at Richmond Ranch, at I-30 and Richmond Road, and will contain 15,000 sf. This location is scheduled to open in early 2011.
The 20,000 sf Corpus Christi location will be at The Promenade, 1220 Airline Road and is planned to open in late 2010.
The Waco store, at the intersection of Franklin Avenue and New Road in Waco Centre, will be 15,030 sf and is expected to open in early 2011.
Baskins Western Wear plans for additional expansion through 2011.
