Austin Goodwill moves into former Albertson’s

The Oak Hill Center Goodwill Industries store is moving to a former Albertson’s grocery store space close by.

The Goodwill formerly at William Cannon Drive and Hwy 290 moved further west to 7100 W. Hwy 290 near the “Y at Oakhill,” which is near a Starbucks and Prosperity Bank.

The 16,000 square foot facility is expected to open Aug. 1.

Goodwill Industries operates seven retail stores, two outlet stores and nine book stores in Central Texas.

SRS Real Estate Partners‘ Austin area Senior Vice President Todd Wallace and Robert O’Farrell represented Goodwill in the purchase.
