Goodwill Industries International Inc. leased a 50,000-square-foot space at the northwest corner of Thomas Road and 32nd Street in Phoenix from Bodega Latina Corp. Ed Beeh and Robbie Petty of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, and Andy Kroot with Velocity Retail represented the tenant. Goodwill is relocating to a larger space in this same shopping center and plans to open in early 2013.
Charming Charlie leased a 6,688-square-foot space in Palm Valley Pavilions West at the northwest corner of Interstate 10 and Litchfield Road in Goodyear with Vestar. Brian Polachek of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, and the tenant was self-represented. Other tenants at the Pavillions include Best Buy, Total Wine, Barnes & Noble, Ross, ULTA, Pier 1 and Famous Footwear.
