Mike joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2009 as executive vice president specializing in tenant and landlord representation. Some of his tenant rep clients include Babies”R”Us/Toys”R”Us, Best Buy, Bonefish Grill, Bowlmor AMF, Burlington, Carraba’s Italian Grill, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Flemings, Lucille’s Smokehouse BBQ, Macy’s, Men’s Wearhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Sears, See’s Candies, ULTA and Williams-Sonoma> Landlord clients include Barclay Group, Developers Diversified, Donahue Schriber, DMB, Inc.,General Growth, Macerich, RED Development, Vestar and Westcor.
Prior to joining SRS Real Estate Partners, Mike was the retail partner for Trammell Crow Company and subsequently RED Realty Advisors. He brings over 45 years of experience in commercial real estate and was one of the first in the retail industry to specialize in tenant representation.

Mike is a proud graduate of Arizona State University. Previously, Mike served as the state director for Arizona and New Mexico for the International Council of Shopping Centers and is currently on the Board of Directors of Arizona State University’s Sun Devil Club, as well as a member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds.
