Formerly with Equity Investment Services, Kevin joins SRS with 14 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has completed over $300 million worth of investment transactions, and established a great deal of trust with his clients as he works with them throughout every step of the investment cycle. Kevin works with both private and institutional clients to add value to the investment sales process, helping sellers maximize value prior to sale by optimizing their rent roll and operations, and helping buyers identify new value with a strategy for ownership.
