ATLANTA (January 9, 2018) – SRS Real Estate Partners is proud to welcome Chris Routledge as senior vice president in the Atlanta office. Chris is well-regarded and a top producer in the Atlanta retail real estate industry. He is joining one of SRS’ largest and most successful offices led by industry veteran, Ray Uttenhove to focus on expanding the regional and national platform for retail real estate services.
As senior vice president and principal with Colliers International, he led a team that leased more than 2.5 million square feet of shopping center space and represented notable retailers such as CVS Health, Salon Lofts, and up-and-coming retailers, such as Black Walnut Café, Bargain Hunt, and iPic Theaters. During his eleven years at Colliers, he served as national co-chairman of Colliers New Generation National Advisory Board and was recognized as the number two retail producer in the company. Because of his achievements, he was named to the Colliers International Everest Club in 2015 and 2016, reserved for the highest echelon of producers worldwide.
Chris’ reputation and accomplishments reach far beyond internal accolades, having been named a CoStar Power Broker for the past seven years and one of the top ten Georgia Retail Producers by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, for four years. In 2017, Chris was ranked the second-highest retail producer within the ACBR. The Million Dollar Club included nine SRS brokers with Ray Uttenhove, Steve Gunning, and Scott Tiernan who joined Chris in the top ten in their categories.
