BIRMINGHAM, ALA. (April 25, 2018) – SRS Real Estate Partners’ (SRS) Birmingham office finishes Q1 with more than $17 million in sales and leasing transactions and 93,805 square feet of property.

An overview of SRS Real Estate Partners in Birmingham latest deals include the following:

Martin Smith represented the landlord, InvenTrust Property Management, in the leasing of 1,275 square feet of space to Great Clips at Fultondale Promenade in Fultondale, Ala. He also represented the landlord, Pacolet Milliken Enterprises, Inc., in the leasing of 1,445 square feet of space to Highway 31 Packing & Shipping at Hoover Place in Hoover, Ala.

Mr. Smith also procured the following deals:

Represented the tenant, Sky Zone, in the leasing of 24,520 square feet of space at Edgewater Mall in Biloxi, Miss.
Represented the tenant, Sport Clips, in the leasing of 1,400 square feet of space at The Market Shoppes in Decatur, Ala., and 1,957 square feet of space at Warren Place in Vestavia Hills, Ala.
Represented the landlord, Dothan Pavilion Group, LLC, in the leasing of 1,878 square feet of space to ATI Physical Therapy at Dothan Pavilion in Dothan, Ala.

Mr. Smith also procured the following lease renewals for the landlord, RGS Properties, at Hoover Court in Hoover, Ala.:

3,405 square feet of space to Hoover Florist,
4,165 square feet of space to J & J Hardware,
1,935 square feet of space to Mr. Chen’s Chinese Restaurant, and
3,004 square feet of space to The Model Box.

Ward Neely represented the tenant, Phenix Salon Suites, in the leasing of 4,730 square feet of space at 790 Montgomery Highway in Vestavia Hills, Ala.

Amelia Hearin represented the tenant, Rock N Roll Sushi, in the leasing of 2,024 square feet of space at The Shops at the Colonnade in Birmingham, Ala. She also represented the tenant, Dear Prudence, in the leasing of 2,207 square feet of space at Patton Creek Shopping Center in Hoover, Ala.

Ms. Hearin and Martin Smith represented the landlord, J. H. Berry & Gilbert, in the leasing of 1,135 square feet of space to South Oak Title in Mountain Brook, Ala.

Cooper Smith represented the landlord, Broadway Partners, in the leasing of 2,200 square feet of space to TMJ at 1045 Broadway Street in Homewood, Ala.

Hamilton Huber represented the tenant, Hot Head Burritos, in the leasing of 2,000 square feet of space at Auburn Mall in Auburn, Ala.

Mr. Huber and Martin Smith represented the landlord, Cypress Equities, in the leasing of 2,664 square feet of space to Diablo’s Southwest Grill at Tannehill Promenade in Bessemer, Ala.
