BIRMINGHAM, ALA. (August 10, 2016) – SRS Real Estate Partners’ (SRS) Birmingham office closes July with more than $5 million in sales and leasing transactions and 30,000+ square feet of retail space.

An overview of SRS Real Estate Partners in Birmingham latest deals include the following:

Martin Smith represented the landlord, Cypress Equities, in the leasing of 21,165 square feet of space at the Tannehill Promenade in Bessemer, Ala. to TJ Maxx. He also represented Cypress Equities in leasing 2,293 square feet of space at Brookwood Village in Homewood, Ala. to Indigo, as well as the leasing of 1,157 square feet of space at Midtown Village in Tuscaloosa, Ala. to Gigi’s Cupcakes.

Mr. Smith also represented tenant, Freddy’s Frozen Custard, in a ground lease at 315 15th Street South in Tuscaloosa, Ala.

Hamilton Huber represented the tenant, Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, in a ground lease at 1965 Dauphin Island Parkway in Mobile, Ala.

Ward Neely represented the tenant, Momma Goldberg’s Deli, in the leasing of 2,563 square feet of space at The Village at Lee Branch in Birmingham, Ala.
