SRS Real Estate Partners Adds Top Talent With John Few

Newport Beach, Calif. (December 5, 2019) – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to welcome John Few as senior vice president and managing principal in its Newport Beach office and as a partner with its Southern California leadership team and SRS Signature Group. With more than 27 years of entertainment and restaurant real estate experience, Few brings expertise on both the brokerage and retailer side. In his new role, Few will build a team of specialists within SRS’ Signature Group focused on restaurant and entertainment as well as working with managing principal Mike Rielly to further expand Signature Group. This service offering within SRS caters to aspirational and high-end brands targeting coast-to-coast growth in high-street, “A” mall, lifestyle, premium outlet, and design/arts district environments.

Prior to joining SRS, Few was a founding partner of The Sequoia Restaurant and Entertainment Group where he spent more than 16 years providing real estate development consulting and brokerage services to premier high-volume restaurant and entertainment companies in most major markets across the U.S. Some of these companies include: Lazy Dog Restaurants, Yard House Restaurants, Handcrafted Restaurants (Monkeypod Kitchen by Merriman, Moku Kitchen, and The Beach House), The Hillstone Restaurant Group, The Alicart Restaurant Group (Carmine’s New York and Virgil’s Real Barbecue), Hard Rock Café International, Il Fornaio, Paul Martin’s American Grill, Red O Restaurants, and International Smoke by The MINA Group.

Few’s experience includes co-founding and managing the Staubach Restaurant & Entertainment Group with Staubach Retail. He was also director of real estate and business development for Disney Regional Entertainment, a division of the Walt Disney Company focused on the creation of location-based entertainment concepts including ESPN Zone, DisneyQuest, and Club Disney. His experience includes work with PepsiCo where he handled corporate real estate for Taco Bell and Chevys Fresh Mexican Restaurants.
