The mall is located at 14045 Abercorn Street in Savannah, Ga, which is situated at the northwest corner of Abercorn Street and Apache Avenue. It is situated on 75.53 acres of land and is anchored by Bass Pro Shops, Target, Dillard’s, Burlington Coat Factory and Virginia College. The seller, SSF Savannah Properties, LLC, sold the properties for an undisclosed price on August 26, 2016 to Savannah Mall Realty Holding, LLC.
