SRS Capital Markets Executive Vice President & Market Leader Patrick Nutt, Senior Vice President William Wamble and Associate Daniel Becker who are based in Fort Lauderdale and Tampa, FL, represented the seller, a Tampa-based investment and development group. The Florida-based private buyer was in a 1031 exchange.
The 10,000-square-foot (sf) property with a 5,000-sf outdoor playground is situated on 1.32 acres. The newly opened property has a 15-year lease in place. The Learning Experience is among the leaders in early childhood education and daycare with more than 450 centers in operation across the nation.
