Terrison Quinn
Managing Principal
As managing principal, Terrison heads the project leasing team for SRS in Southern California. Terrison and his team focus on remerchandising existing shopping centers as well new development leasing. Over his career, he has established strong relationships with many of the most active tenants and deal makers from across the country. Terrison has completed more than $1B+ in lease consideration and leverages his experience negotiating with the industry’s leading national and regional brand retailers year over year to consistently perform for his clients.
Terrison graduated cum laude from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a concentration in marketing and finance as well as a minor in economics. He has spent time teaching written and oral communication skills to multinational corporations in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
