Teddy Leonard joined in 2024 as managing director of National Net Lease in Austin. Teddy specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single tenant net lease investment properties nationwide. He has 10 years of transaction experience with over $740M closed, and more than 215 individual properties leased or sold during that time. Prior to joining SRS, Teddy was an executive vice president at Secure Net Lease.

Teddy is a graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
