Senior Associate

Samantha Russ joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2024 as a Senior Associate. She specializes in tenant representation, consulting, and tenant advisory services in multiple markets. Samantha comes to SRS from Cultivate Hospitality where she oversaw the expansion of Jose Andres’ restaurant portfolio across U.S. markets. She has consulted for various restaurant operators as well as landlords with large retail holdings. Her background includes, but is not limited to, structuring joint ventures, structuring license and management agreements, underwriting investment property, identifying 1031 exchanges, and traditional leasing. Whether it is advisory services on a current proforma or locating vacant space, Samantha will help tenants achieve occupancy under the best terms possible. 

Samantha is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.
