Robby Wendland joined SRS in 2024 as an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office, specializing in tenant and landlord representation. He began his career at TMT Properties, where he assisted in the leasing and management of over 450,000 SF of retail, office, and industrial space in South Florida. Robby's proficiency in lease administration and property management is a solid foundation for his role at SRS.

Transitioning from TMT Properties, Robby continued to build his expertise in commercial real estate in Colorado. His journey led him to Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in investment sales focusing on multi-tenant retail, working directly with one of the top producers in the Denver office. Returning to South Florida in 2024, Robby brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to SRS.

A graduate of Florida State University, Robby combines academic achievement with industry expertise to deliver comprehensive real estate solutions.
