Nicholas Paulic

Nicholas Paulic joined SRS in 2022 with 11 years of experience in commercial real estate. Most recently president and principal broker for Sequoia Realty Group, he prides himself on providing innovative strategies to institutional investors, publicly trade REITs, family offices, Fortune 500 retailers, as well as many of Hawaii’s largest real estate owners and developers. He has represented clients on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant net leased assets on all four of the major Hawaiian islands and the continental U.S.

Nicholas graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He was born in Bogota, Colombia, but grew up across the U.S., from East to West Coast, and graduated high school in Alaska. He is a certified yoga instructor and likes to spend his free time in the ocean, hiking the Ko’olau Mountain Range, or fishing with his family on the Windward side of Oahu.
