Michelle Scheffler

Vice President

Michelle Scheffler joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2023 as Vice President. Michelle provides senior transaction management support, program and process management. She is currently servicing manufacturing and retail users. Prior to joining SRS, Michelle worked at Avison Young managing a real estate portfolio of over 400 international locations totaling more than 29 million square feet for a large manufacturing client and recently assisted another manufacturing client with opening a new restaurant concept. Her background includes eight years in research at Cushman & Wakefield and 10 years of experience working with McDonald's and Longhorn Steakhouse as a real estate coordinator and area real estate manager. 

Michelle is a graduate of Texas A&M University, Galveston. She is a member of CREW and a graduate of the CREW leadership program, in which she continues to participate as an event organizer.
