Michael Palmer

Vice President

Michael Palmer joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2023 and serves as a Vice President in Miami. Prior to joining SRS, Michael was at Avison Young. He has seven years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in industrial property transactions on behalf of institutional investors, family offices and corporate occupiers.

Michael graduated from the College of Charleston with a B.S. in Finance. Michael earned his SIOR designation and CCIM designation in 2018 and is pursuing his Master of Corporate Real Estate through CoreNet Global. He is active in the community with Junior Achievement, the Chamber of Commerce Steering Committee, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
