Lyndsy Yim
First Vice President
Lyndsy Yim joined SRS in 2021 as first vice president in the Birmingham office. Before joining SRS, she focused on acquisition, disposition, and leasing of retail and investment properties in Alabama and Georgia. She specializes in power centers, grocery-anchored shopping centers, and project leasing on behalf of landlords, as well as recruiting regional and national retailers, first-to-market tenants, and new concepts for her clients’ success.
Lyndsy is a graduate of Auburn University. She has held several positions within industry organizations:

- 2022, 2023 Planning and Zoning Commission – City of Hoover
