Grayson Jones

Grayson Jones joined SRS in 2024 as an analyst in the Dallas office working with the Capital Markets team. Grayson assists brokers in single and multi-tenant net lease underwriting, market analysis, and research reports. Prior to joining SRS, he was a senior real estate analyst at U.S. Restaurant Properties.

Grayson graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He holds a graduate certificate in Business Analytics from Wichita State University. He is an active member of ICSC.
