Carter Youngblood

Analyst

Carter Youngblood joined SRS in 2023 as an analyst in the Austin office. She supports the Texas team with financial analysis, modeling, and project evaluation. Prior to joining SRS, she worked as an intern for Endeavor Real Estate Group and Colliers (Rogers) helping with both tenant and owner representation as well as various aspects of commercial development.

Carter is a graduate of the University of Arkansas. She has bachelor’s degrees in both finance and real estate.
