AJ Cordero

AJ Cordero joined SRS in 2022 with seven years of experience in commercial real estate. His primary focus is single-tenant and multi-tenant net lease investment sales. Prior to SRS, AJ was a partner and co-founder of Sequoia Realty Group, a Honolulu-based retail commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in project leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales. He has worked with national retailers, institutional buyers, private developers, and REITs on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of retail centers. His background in shopping center leasing allows him to provide clients with a full-service approach to their unique real estate needs and strategies.

AJ graduated from San Francisco State University. He enjoys spending time on the North Shore of Oahu and has participated in several beach cleanup events. In his time away from the office, he enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, and playing sports.
