Adam Langer

Senior Vice President

Adam Langer joined SRS in 2017 as senior vice president in the New York office. With more than 10 years of experienced, he specializes in tenant and landlord representation and has worked with many national and regional retailers. Prior to SRS, he worked at Zelnik & Company with some of New York City’s most prominent landlords and developers, including Vornado Realty Trust, Equity Office, BLDG Management, Muss Development, Madison Capital, and Skyline Developers. He has exclusively represented many major retailers in their expansion plans, as well as implemented strategies for downsizing. He has also been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker and is an active member of ICSC and the Real Estate Board of New York.

Adam graduated from the State University of New York, Albany, and gives back to his community through his work with NY Cares and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The success of the future generation of real estate brokers is important to Adam as he has trained many junior real estate professionals over the years.
