The community center consists of 151,320 square feet and is situated on 24.16 acres of land. It is roughly 96 percent occupied by tenants such as Hobby Lobby, Ross Dress For Less, Bealls Outlet, Dollar Tree, Shoe Dept. Encore and more. The property is located at 2445-2545 Memorial Drive, near the intersection of Hatcher Point Road and Jacksonville Highway, which has a combined traffic count of 30,490 vehicles per day. The seller, BC Waycross Associates, sold the property on October 5, 2018 for $14.853 million to a private buyer out of New York.
