ATLANTA (September 18, 2017) – SRS Real Estate Partners is proud to welcome Boris Shilkrot as senior analyst to the Investments Properties Group in the Atlanta office. He will support the SRS Investment Properties Group with financial analysis, modeling, and project evaluation.
Boris joins SRS with four years of commercial real estate finance experience. His introduction into commercial real estate began at First Commercial Bank, a division of Synovus Bank in Birmingham, where he facilitated the creation and execution of financial analysis, modeling, and evaluation for all major real estate classes for projects ranging from $5M – $25M. Most recently, he worked with ACG Professionals, Inc., as an analyst. There, he attained significant experience in updating and modeling both retail and office properties via Argus. He also analyzed commercial real estate properties for asset acquisitions and dispositions from a due diligence perspective.
Boris has a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from the University of Alabama. He is a member of the Shepherd Center junior committee, a group of approximately 200 Atlanta young professionals dedicated to raising money and awareness for Shepherd Center, one of the nation’s premiere catastrophic care hospitals.
