The property is located at FM 620 and Vista Parke Road. The Center at Four Points will be a 27-acre mixed use development with approximately 125,000 square feet of office space, a hotel and multiple multi-tenant retail buildings and pad sites. The seller, GDF Realty Investments, LLC, sold the property to a national real estate developer on February 6, 2019. An affiliate of The Ferber Company purchased the property and is pleased to announce the initial line up Chick-fil-A, Discount Tire, Watershed Car Wash, Little Sunshine, Staybridge Suites, and IHOP as members of the development.
