Austin, Texas (February 13, 2019) – SRS Real Estate Partners’ Austin office exclusively marketed and brokered the sale of 27 acres of land that will become The Center at Four Points in Austin, Texas. The property is located at FM 620 and Vista Parke Road. The Center at Four Points will be a 27-acre mixed use development with approximately 125,000 square feet of office space, a hotel and multiple multi-tenant retail buildings and pad sites. The seller, GDF Realty Investments, LLC, sold the property to a national real estate developer on February 6, 2019. An affiliate of The Ferber Company purchased the property and is pleased to announce the initial line up Chick-fil-A, Discount Tire, Watershed Car Wash, Little Sunshine, Staybridge Suites, and IHOP as members of the development.
